Nov. 2009 - CPT adds its 10th new customer of 2009. The message of reducing time and expense of store system maintenance activities is starting to resonate with IT groups that manage multiple sites nationwide.
Sept. 2009 - CPT shows national retail and restaurant chains year to date service reports showing over 50% of break fix service requests on store systems maintenance are being handled in one hour or less. This results in less operational impact in the store, and less IT management time on the back end.
May 2009 - CPT has been chosen as CDW's national implementation partner for CCTV systems. CDW was looking for consistent installations nationwide in a cost effective fashion. CPT has been providing success by utilizing it's technical approach to implementation.
May 2008 - CPT showcased its wireless offers to multi site hospitality accounts in the NRA Technology Pavilion. There was a great deal of interest in Wi-Fi survey and implementation, as well as Spark - a text messaging application geared to improving the guest experience and providing marketing opportunities for frequent visitors. The overall message was well received on how CPT helped increase table turns, improved customer service, and reduced costs for multi site hospitality organizations.
April 2008 - CPT has become a Cisco Certified Select partner, and is in progress to utilize its experience implementing technology in retail stores to support Cisco's Intelligent Retail Network Initiatives, and the ISR and UC500 products.
